Learn to love Portland like a local does with this food, shopping and sweet treat tour, about 2 miles. Visitors always want to know, what would you do with an afternoon in your city? With the help of friends and family, we curated our ideal afternoon in the heart of the city, Portland’s west side.

We meet at the fountain at the NE corner of Director Park, and we keep our groups to 10 or fewer people for intimate, personal experiences. $90. A stroll through the culture district for a warm drink, past some of the most eclectic shopping in the city, then through the heart of downtown to a charming cafe for an appetizer with culinary styles from Japan and Europe. From there through midtown past the country’s largest independent book store to one of our famous food cart pods for another shareable dish. We finish with a walk through the financial district to a decadent chocolate sampler dessert. We’ll show you the Portland we love and tell you stories even the locals themselves may not have heard — Portland is an amazing city full of beauty, passion and conflict with a story around every turn.

Our stops will include shopping, cafes and restaurants, food carts, a chocolate shop and of course Powell’s Books. Tea or coffee, lunch items at a variety of stops, and chocolate tasting included. About 2 miles of walking or 3.5 kilometers.
